The City of Riverside Wraps Their Walls!
If you did not already know, Riverside is known for their agriculture. Many people say Riverside's orange trees are basically what made Riverside so popular. Arlington Heights likes to maintain it's rural way of life by keeping their housing low, and leaving more room for development. They even still have small corner orange and lemon stands, available for the neighbors. People like Councilman Chris Mac Arthur supports Arlington's citrus heritage by growing 10 acres of oranges. His family has been in the agricultural business for a long time and so it hits home. Riverside prides themselves in their beautiful gardens, acres of naval trees, and keeping their environment in the best possible shape. Milano is Arlington's citrus fruit brand and they have created a fruit crate label art that they display in Downtown Riverside. The City of Riverside's Parking Services Department put wall wrap/stickers on each parking structure to distinguish each lot. What an unique way to display what Riverside takes pride in.
